This course is designed to allow Connecticut Commercial Supervisors already certified to earn 4 Recertification Credits in the Commercial Category 5: AQUATIC PEST CONTROL and Category 7F: MOSQUITOES & BITING FLIES.

Topics include: federal regulations, permits, and liability, aquatic IPM, heat stress, protecting water, aquatic equipment, and calculations and calibration.

This course has been designed in a Distance Learning format and approved by the CTDEEP as a recertification course. NOTE: The CTDEEP does not allow you to repeat a Distance Learning format course in the same recertification cycle. If you are not sure whether you have taken this PESTED course, please call us and we will check your account history. A True/False Final exam is given at the end of the chapter to enhance the student’s learning. This course is narrated and self-paced, with high quality images of insect and animal species as well as equipment.

Students will be able to print their certificate after sending their completion e-mail at the end of the course. Students will be able to print their certificates up until December 31st. If you need a certificate for courses taken in a previous cycle please call or e-mail us. If we do not receive the completion e-mail after course completion your credits will not be reported to the state.
