This course is designed to allow Commercial Applicators AND Registered Technicians to earn Full Recertification credits in Category 7D: VERTEBRATE PEST CONTROL, and REGISTERED TECHNICIAN (60), for those applicators working in the appropriate Category (7D) as a technician.

Topics covered include following label directions, federal laws and penalties, state laws and applicator responsibility, vertebrate repellent & barrier control, bats and other vertebrate pests, vertebrate pests. 

This course has been designed in a Distance Learning format and approved by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a recertification course. NOTE: As per the VDA, you can use this course for your full recertification credits in your two year cycle. All that is required is a network connection and an email address. True/False quizzes are given at the end of each section to enhance the student’s learning. This course is narrated and self-paced, with high quality images of insect and animal species as well as equipment. PESTED will report your credits to the state as soon as you finish the course.
