30 HOUR DEC ELIGIBILITY: 5D & 13 – ANTI-FOULING PAINT

Description

This course will allow a student who is NOT licensed to sit for the New York State DEC Core exam and either the Category 5D – Aquatic Antifouling Paints or Category 13 – Aquatic Antifouling Paint Applicator exam to become a licensed Technician. This course is NOT designed to allow licensed technicians or applicators to add a category to their license. If you have any questions, please call us at 845-481-4048.

This course is in a Distance Learning format and approved by the NYSDEC as an Eligibility Course required to sit for the Pesticide Technician’s examination. NOTE: As per the NYSDEC, the student MUST complete this course within 6 MONTHS of the day they start the course. Quizzes are given at the end of each section to enhance the student’s learning. This course is narrated and self-paced, with high quality images of insect and animal species as well as equipment.

PLEASE NOTE: As per NYS law, you can only spend a maximum of 7.5 hours in this course per day. You must have your original certificate to take the NYSDEC exam. Certificates will be emailed to students within 1-2 business days of us receiving your completion email.
